Cryptshare

Du kan använda tjänsten oavsett om du är intern (medarbetare) eller extern. Du kan både skicka och ta emot information.

Det enda kravet är att minst en av parterna i överföringen är anställd i Region Uppsala och har en e-postadress av dessa typer:

• @privat.regionuppsala.se

• @rccmellan.se
• @regionuppsala.se
• @ul.se
• @varuforsorjningen.se

Du behöver inte vara registrerad i förväg. Första gången du skickar en fil anger du dina uppgifter, sedan verifieras du av systemet genom ett mejl med en kod.

All överföring och lagring av filer i systemet sker krypterat.

Filer sparas i 10 dagar och tas därefter automatiskt bort.

Maximal filstorlek är 20 GB.

Observera att när informationen hämtats av mottagaren och lagras på dennas lagringsyta så är filen inte längre krypterad.

Cryptshare is used within Region Uppsala for secure exchange of information.

You can use the service whether you are internal (employee) or external. You can both send and receive information transfers.

The only requirement is that at least one of the parties in the transfer is an employee of Region Uppsala and has an e-mail address of these types:

Cryptshare does not require the user to be registered in advance. The first time you send a file, you enter your personal data, then you are verified by the system through an email with a code.

All transmission and storage of files in the system is encrypted.

Files are saved for 10 days and then automatically deleted.

The maximum file size is 20 GB.

Note: When the information is retrieved by the recipient and stored on their storage space, the file is no longer encrypted.
